Order Terms

Items shipping time range from  1-4 days from processing and most ship withing 1-4 days of order.  Graphic items ship withing 7-10 days because they are printed once purchased and require extra time.  We have worked hard to drastically reduce of shipping times in order to provide a better shopping experience.  Please allow 1-3 weeks max for delivery of all orders.  If you need your order by a certain time you should use the max time frame as a guide. We have no control over shipping and  cannot rush your orders at this time.  From order date process time may vary within 3-7 days because of the vast many payments we allow.  For addition questions email customer support at cs@kushe.online

Shipping Policy

Processing time is 4-14 business days from date of order.

Orders ship by USPS and is usually 2-3 business days after processing (preparing and dispatch of orders) is complete. Many order deliver within 5-7 days of the order date but we ask for the 2-4 week time for because we have some items made to order and this protects us for the sake of our custome items.  Shoes are considered custom as they take extra time to ship!!!

 

NO EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME

 

Tracking will be sent notifying customers of shipment once orders have shipped. This means that’s the uspss representative has issued a tracking number and withing a day the postal carrier will take possession of the item/items. Please allow up to 48 business hours from receipt of the tracking number for it to show up in he usps system.  They usually run behind and this has nothing to do with kushe.online directly.

 

...Once orders are dropped off to our carrier we are no longer responsible for the packages. You must follow up with them keeping in mind that the item may take up to 1-2 business days for pickup at our shipping warehouse.

 

We do not cancel orders once placed and cannot change any information on an order once its placed on our website.  Email confirmation is proof of order and you will be updated if the status changes or if there is an issue with the order only, otherwise your next notification will be once your order ships.
